ngl getting tempted to just quit my job

#i was sick for over a week and a half #and my boss had offered to give any help they could so id asked for some of my work to get divied out so i wouldnt come back to a stack #and then wham i get back and ive got my work that i asked to have handled while i was sick #along with my priority work and 2 seperate things that needed priority fixes #and im just getting tired of being the only one who knows how to fix these things #and god its even more frustrating since my boss says he wants multiple people to understand projects #so that if someones sick or off and it breaks we dont have to call em #except apparently with anything i handle #then its like 🤷‍♀️guess we will call you or just heap it onto your already busy stack #weaver grumbles
