I saw a headcanon or an 'x reader' on here that said for female Yuu's, Leona definitely let them sleep on his bed during book 3 because he drinks the respect women juice but also will not relegate himself to the couch unless explicitly asked to do so and I've decided this is leoyuki canon compliant. Yes they shared a bed, at least on the first night of her stay and yes they ended up spooning.

If you ask Leona about it, he'll say it's Oyuki's fault for having 'the approximate dimensions of a bolster'. Oyuki doesn't know if that was a compliment or an insult.

"Besides, you don't hear her complaining."

"...I was too scared to move."

She didn't sleep much that night. The next night she insists that she takes the couch and the two of them got into quite the standoff until they were forced to compromise. For the rest of her stay, Oyuki slept on the couch but with the fluffiest pillow and comfiest blanket Leona had on hand.

Tbh this was the moment Oyuki's opinion on Leona started to shift because she was not expecting him to compromise.

Today I'm thinking about Leona 'tutoring' Oyuki.

She is the immovable object and he is the irresistible force. Which one will have their way this time?

He pulls her onto his lap, his arms around her waist and his tail wrapped around one of her legs. He doesn't say much at first, patiently waiting until she inevitably makes a mistake. When she does, he'll lean down, one of his hands gently holding hers to guide it towards where the error is.

"Your sigil's wrong. See? That curved line is supposed to direct the flow of magic towards the outer ring but the way you've drawn it..." he whispers, low and husky, right next to her ear, making her shiver. He moved her hand around the page to trace out the circle on her notebook. "It's got nowhere to go."

She swears under her breath and corrects her mistake. He rewards her with a kiss on the cheek.

"Atta' girl." he mumbles, his arms going back to their spot around her waist, giving it a squeeze.

Usually she'd be a blushing mess by now but Oyuki McGuffin is locked tf in. She does not fuck around when it comes to her studies, especially when she has her and Grim's futures riding on her test scores (because let's face it, Grim is a lost cause in anything that's not practical magic). His cock could be shoved inside of her and she would not flinch.

Luckily, Leona likes a challenge. Especially when she starts grumbling, telling him to stop moving around so much. That means he's winning. A cheeky squeeze here, a little nibble there, getting him closer to what he wants.

If she seriously told him to stop he would (of course) but the fact that she hasn't meant she's agreed to their little game of chicken and Leona Kingscholar doesn't like to lose.

It'd be funny if Tumaini (Leona and Oyuki's kid) can speak multiple 'strange' languages. Because Leona taught him a dead ancient language and Oyuki taught him as much as japanese as she can still remember (I hc that in twst, there's a language that's similar to japanese but not exactly so earth japanese just sounds like japanese pig latin).

Isn't it weird that if Oyuki wasn't with Leona (because the lion lives rent free in my head) her next most likely ship is probably with this creature?

He teaches her how to be more chill and just go with the flow by dragging her into every situation because it's funny seeing shrimpy being like,

After locking tf in a few moments before. He probably put the ribbon on her head before picking her up and giving her a big ol' squeeze.

No idea what their ship name will be. Floyuki is a good portmantaeu of their name but one of my moots has a yuu OC named Yuki so 'Floyuki' feels more floyd x yuki than floyd x oyuki and that's weird.

Maybe WeavingEel? Because Floyd is an Eel and one of the kanji in Oyuki's name means 'thread' and you use thread to weave things.

And then leona x oyuki would be WeavingLion. They're still the canon ship btw. In my twst retelling, Floyd and Oyuki are just good friends. He likes picking her up and shrimpy likes to feel tall.

Moots, I need your thoughts on this. Especially you @avoyuki-avocado because you have multiple ships w/ Yuki.
