Music related site

I've come up with this idea about a month ago. I was surfing russian website, which i regulary visit and suddenly i realized that this kind of site will be very popular not only in CIS but in whole world.

Idea of that site - dj, musicians and other music related people upload their works, thoughts etc. and share them with others. Users can also write a blog, upload and comment photos just like your normal social network, but for musicians only. There are regular remix contests is organized almost every week, and number of participants is absolutely huge (about 500 remixes was submitted last time). The only dissapointment is that 99% of users are dj's and electronic music producers. You won't see any rock, alternative, jazz etc. producers/singers out there. So, my idea of new website is basically take idea of that site and slightly improve it - add a space for musicians of all genres and orginize not only remix contests, but also contents for young, amateur musicians and give them a chance to shine.
