The James Webb Space Telescope has unlocked another secret at the cold, dark edge of our solar system! A previously unseen moon was found orbiting Uranus. The new moon is within the intricate system of small moons orbiting close to the planet’s rings.
This newly discovered satellite is quite small—six miles (9.6 kilometers) in diameter.
