For example, OSHA requires the construction industry employers to have a specific concentration of chemicals in the air (Parts Per Molecule), which should not exceed a certain limit.

Hence, companies, especially those in the construction industry, must ensure that the safety standards are implemented effectively through web-based training.

In order to reduce travel and minimize costs, Axolotl wanted a way to train clients on the software system without being at their location.

It was determined that web-based software simulation training would be the best solution. The first step was to have our instructional designers learn the software inside and out and then set up systematic instruction based on learning outcomes.
