[🐱] ——- AN ART MUSEUM WASN’T normally a place where the cat burglar would break in, or even feel remotely attracted to. it contained dusty old paitings that he did not care for, or like the one he was now at: contemporary art. however, the greed for diamonds was pleased when sebastian noticed that there was a statue on display of a young artist who was lucky enough to find a couple of diamonds among the belongings of his grandmother who recently passed. the diamonds that now covered the statue the size of someones hand that probably resembled the late grandmother, were ones that had gotten lost during the war in europe and thus it meant they had gone up in their value. thus, enough reason for sebastian to come and take a peak if not snatch the little trophy and take it back to gotham with him.
sebastian kyle was up on the roof, knelt down at one of the roofs that were made out of glass. staring down at a corridor that would be closest to where the statue was on display. it was in the middle of the day and normally, sebastian operated at night but knowing that the statue would be brought back to its owner -- he could not let the chance slip away from him. while he pressed his beefy brawn down against the roof, the leather making a few noises as he did; he used the sharp claws that were attached to the leather catsuit to create a large enough hole to squeeze himself into. with the use of a little gadget that had a great suction to it, sebastian prevented the large circle of glass to fall down once he finished. once done, he put it aside and made his way down the corridor; pushing himself against the wall as he could hear a group of people wander close. “c’mon, sebastian. you can do this--” he whispered some encourage into himself; reached back to put on the goggles to see through walls whether there were any heat signatures coming closer. as he presumed the coast was clear, sebastian moved forward in the direction of where the statue was located.
