What if Webfang occasionally helps babysit the kits and takes one as an apprentice because even though he’s ‘donor not dad,’ he doesn’t want to be like Webstripe and have them not know him

Maybe he was initially like “okay here’s the kits, you’re welcome and I’ll see ya!” and then stopped because was that how Webstripe acted?

He won’t be like their third parent, but he will be present
