Website Showcase With Breakpoint Tester
Do you want to showcase a website and show how it will look like on different devices? This snippet will help you do exactly that.
Website Showcase: BlueStarLine.org
There aren't all that many container websites or websites featuring containers out there, but there are a few that deserve to be known. In this occasional series, websites will be showcased, with some images featured to show why they are great. First up: Blue Star Line history site bluestarline.org
ACT 4 in heavy seas. Note the multitude of open tops.
ACT 5, 1982, by Nick Dawber
ACT 7, 1983, by Philip Brandwood. Containers on board include OCL open top and cryogenic reefers, Shipping Corporation of New Zealand containers, and Adriatica (the mustard/red container).
ACT America Star, 1991, note the "NZ" (either Shipping Corporation of New Zealand, or New Zealand Line) container amongst the ACT containers.
ACT America Star 2, unloading an open top P&O container at Pitcairn Island
Lamport & Holt Line Bronte 3, note the odd Bronte containers
Blue Star Line Wellington Star, 1990, by Mike Boulton. Note the Ellerman Line container leased from SeaCo in the upper right hand corner, and the BSLU containers with white doors and dark colored sides and roofs, which is extremely odd.
Wellington Star's final voyage, San Francisco, 1993. Pictured is Captain Colin Mundy. Note the rare Shipping Corporation of New Zealand 20' reefer!
