She is an intuitive chef who believes in teaching people to learn to tune in and really listen to what your body is saying and how you respond to the food you put in your body . Cooking intuitively also means cooking in harmony with nature. Picking fresh and eating what your body really needs is unique to each person. Her passion for cooking was born at the side of her maternal grandmother as a young adult and carried on throughout till her professional career. Her paternal grandmother was a renowned caterer in lagos , so cooking was definitely passed down from both sides of her lineage. She creates mostly fusion dishes inspired by her Nigerian heritage, her philosophy is that you don’t need to spend several stressful hours in the kitchen in order to make the perfect meal.
