PIPs Wishes You A Happy World Environment Day
Happy World Environment Day! The United Nations has designated 2014 as the International Year of Small Island Developing States (SIDS). This year, World Environment Day is supporting SIDS (Small Island Developing States) by focusing on the broader context of climate change, and helping build awareness about the growing risks and vulnerabilities climate change has on small island developing states ahead of September’s Third International Conference on SIDS.
At the recent launch of the 2014 International Year of Small Island Developing States, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon announced, “Planet Earth is our shared island, let us join forces to protect it.” World Environment Day 2014 is a wonderful opportunity for people across the globe to become agents of change in protecting the environment and showing solidarity with the islands.
At PIPs Rewards, we’re strong believers in every action counting towards a greater good. Today we are highlighting how people across the planet are celebrating World Environment Day.

A visual and sonic experience Dive into the magic underwater world around the Raja Ampat Islands of Indonesia. Experience fascinating animals of the sea and micro-organisms in their beautiful natural environment. The fascinating marine life diversity in the Raja Ampat area is one of the highest recorded on Earth. Feel with Edi Frommenwiler's special macro-filming very close to the heartbeat of diversity. Enjoy this marvelous Film which is coming with few words. The sensitive soundtrack performed by the two established musicians Jürgen Eppinger and Jo Christl very impressivly harmonizes with the extraordinary pictures.
