Yesterday We celebrated our love. Our marriage. And Bae decided to go to a restaurant We had in our food bucket list. @ilatinabue was an incredible experience. At the end, We talked about the whole experience and we agreed that so far it was one of the best food sensory experiences, -if not the best, We have had. #ILatinaBuenosAires is a restaurant based in a Latinamerican cuisine that offers a 7 course tasting menu, a culinary journey from Mexico to Patagonia, lead by Colombian CHEF SANTIAGO MACÍAS, exploring the region's diversity and uniquenenss, inspired by the flavors, techniques, ingredients and culture of South and Central America. To accompany dinner, they have designed a special wine pairing that includes winea from different regionsof Argentina and Chile. (Took from their website). The only thing I didn't eat was the quail, I could not...they were super little and you could tell it was a little bird😞🐥 But the desserts...omg. they were incredible. My favorite one was the Chamoy, mango sorbet, tequila and Lime merengue (picture N°9). They end the experience with a coffee ceremony and even that the coffee was not incredible, just the fact that they take the time to brew a V60 to all customers, explain why is called that way, the grind and water temperature, and specially is not a capsule coffee, it is the perfect finale for a lovely dinner mesesario night with my love! Thank you #ilatinabue for this magical dinner. We will remember it for a long time! #dinneroutwithbae #weddingbae #6months #inlove #wearesibaritas #livinglife #sensoryexperiences (en I Latina - Buenos Aires)
