In this Au what happens when hot shot and the team find out about wedge being a con? Does it play the same or completely different?
In this AU everybody knew that Wedge was a Con since the beginning.
During orientation on the first day of school, Wedge was the most distant compared to the rest of the group. Even though they were all wearing the freshman Autobot-Rescuebot badges, he made it very clear that he was a Decepticon; and that he wasn’t planning on the rest of them to try and get to know him. He just wanted to get the work done without any distractions.
But luckily for him, he wouldn’t be too lonely for long. Hotshot was highly against the idea of befriending a Con; resulting in a fight breaking out once or twice. But they made up and became HIGHLY competitive rivals from then on. Whirl however, was the first one to actually get along with the guy despite his delinquent upbringing and her status as a law enforcer-in training; ironic I know. Hoist was definitely shy at first and little scared about talking to Wedge, but they both started bonding over their shared interests in engineering and architecture. Medix couldn’t care less what Wedge was, xe was going to treat him with the same respect as xe would with any other bot within the establishment.
The teachers already knew about Wedge’s past, but thanks to his mentor at the time vouching for him- they welcomed the stubborn kid with open arms.
