Last night while I was dreaming, I had a brilliant idea. When you smoke out of a bubbler or bong, the smoke is filtered through the water, which removes most of the carcinogens. But if you can't afford one, you could fill your mouth with water, and point your face downward, so that when you inhale the smoke, it gets filtered while the water still stays away from your breathing hole. Then blow the smoke out your nose and spit out the water.
