Rough weekend...
The weekend is usually the worst time for me... Bc I love to relax with my honey and snackage is usually involved in that. Yesterday I didn't eat the best, but it definitely wasn't the worst day ever for me. Yesterday I didn't do JMBR (so I missed the last 2 days), but we did spend an hour walking around the zoo, and shared a bucket of balls at the driving range. Today we are going to go back to the driving range (it's a pretty fun/inexpensive activity!!) and then head to one of the large parks in our city so we can walk the pups. So things are slightly off for me this weekend, but I won't that stop me! Light exercising today, ill try and watch what I eat, and then I'm going to start JMBR workout 3 tomorrow :) I think this week coming up I am going to try and add the cardio DVD, or cardio in general to my routine (at least M,W,F- when I'm off).
I'm not doing SHIT today...
feeling the effects of this jam-packed semester already. I'm just gonna catch up on Awkward Black Girl (I'm soooooo behind) and Scandal. I think I wanna treat myself to a nice bottle of wine and some pasta tonight.
