Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded. 2 cups egg noodles, cooked. 1 cup frozen peas. 1 cup sliced carrots. 1 can cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, mix together cooked chicken, cooked egg noodles, frozen peas, sliced carrots, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
