Before and after. Shagged and more shagged. Haha.. The race that I don't feel so good after that partly cuz I didn't had anything food prior to the race which I regretted so much. Supposed to run with @yogi_wari but I told to go ahead 1st cuz I feel that I'm dragging her down.
