      Over the past few days, she's collected bruises like shades of lipstick--       unattractive splotches of discolored skin that throb at the touch.       Ice baths and aching joints have become a regular thing since Chris       had brought it upon himself to train her as an S.O., not realizing       how vigorous the lessons would be until now.

                   But her progress is something she takes pride on--                    so much so, that she doesn't actually mind the                    scars and pain and sweat.

      ( The only downside is that Chris is basically a robot and       no matter how hard he works her, she can still hardly keep up. )
