The OSCAR DAY distinction signed ny our own @mayorkategallego - Mayor Kate Gallego to the hands of COP staff member Patrick Carlson - @patrickcarlson15 . Never ever, evaaaaaa’ I could imagined this day 20 plus years ago when I decided to make this place….
