Author's note: This is the first thing I've drawn in a very long time (thanks, body; appreciate all the health issues) and was a lot of fun to do. I wish I'd had the stamina to doodle a little bit more of what comes next, but alas. I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it!

Familiarity rushes through him. There’s a sharp prickling on his skin and his heartbeat quickens. He slowly turns around to take in the sight of Draco Malfoy curled up with a blanket on a sofa.

“Malfoy,” Harry says, narrowing his eyes. “I could ask you the same thing.”

Malfoy sputters loudly and flaps the blanket in what Harry assumes is indignation. “No you can’t! I live here!”

Harry tries to sneak away from the annual Malfoy Family Christmas Gala, only to run into Draco, who seems to have done the same thing.

Author's note: This fic was a bitch to write, but I’m ultimately happy with how it turned out. Hopefully it’s more fun to read than it was to make the damn thing. Huge thanks to my lovely friend A for dealing with all of my whining and ultimately making this story better. It would not be half as good without her. I think our boy Draco got a pretty happy ending here, and I loved writing his dramatic self.
