Day 9 145 to go BMI Becoming my imagination do me
Sw: 150.8 CW: 145.2 I decided to put a time goal for my transformation from fat and unhealthy to fit and healthy. I find I am motivated more if I have a time limit and knowing by that time I will be just maintaining and have already reached the main goal is super motivating. I picked April 1st. That is a six month period and plenty of time to do it all nice and healthy at a healthy pace. Doing good but the constant rain dose put a damper on my workouts. I don't like the treadmill I like the road! Humph! I think it has been raining for two weeks now. Everyone is sick of it here in Charlotte, NC. I have changed in 9 days from breakfast a beer and a biscuit with sausage to water and a seafood snacker. Lunch from Arby's cheese sticks and a roast beef sandwich to a salad and dinner from anything I can eat not good for me to clean fish, tofu, fruit, and salads! I feel so much better already the thought going back to eating badly is terrifying.
I didn't update my workout shit yesterday.
SO yesterday I had to double up on my 30 day challenges because I didn't have time to go them before. So I did those and walked about 3 miles.
Today I walked a mile or so. And did my 30 day challenges.
So yeah I'm keeping up with this challenge!
Anyone whose wondering about the workout today. I've only walked 2 miles today I have done either of my 30 day challenges yet. BUT They'll come after my shows tonight.
