I spent so long unable to go to cons for health reasons and not wanting to cosplay anyway because I’d gained weight that now that I am finally getting back into it how expensive everything gets is a shock all over again
so i’m planning on starting pilates again, as a general health thing rather than to loose weight or gain muscle. i love the feeling of strength it gives me but i also love my body size. also the women from my mother’s family have a history of high blood pressure problems so i want to make sure i have good “general health” rather than “fat burning” or changing my weight/body size.
and because i can’t afford a weekly class or a gym membership (also the gym makes my anxiety skyrocket like wow) i’m looking for some good pilates blogs nd online options.
of course i will be doing my own research, but if anyone knows about/can recommend some blogs etc that have pilates works or work out plans i would be super duper grateful.
