Rubber chicken wisdom

Floating school/Weird academia, idk.

I had a dream in wich me and my friends went to a school built in/on some gigantic floating structure/machine, it was all the academia, high school, college, university and dorms all in one. It was so huge it had some small tram in it as public transport. It kinda looked like an out of use, repurposed super star destroyer (not nearly that big tho) but dreams arent really consistent.

They were teaching from art to paleontology basicaly everything. It looked pretty chaotic in a bigger vague system beacuse with time they were demolishing and building new buildings and after a while they basically built them on each other creating narow alleys, it was fun to get around, things were built from multiple materials and in multiple styles, i think there were even a stone wall (idk if some hipster architect put it there or in old spaceships there are stone wals for some reason)? Kinda like howls moving castle, except it wasnt moving, just floating above a field with a forest nearby.

We found out that if we move a cabinet and the rug in our dorm room, from the floor there is a door opening up leading down to passegaways and rooms to everywhere, propably maintenance shafts, but they led to every part of the school like veins, to other dorm rooms, to under classrooms. we started to use it for getting around beacuse it was much quicker than use the extremely crowded hallways. And beacuse it was super exciting, we felt like explorers in a cave or in a pipe forest.

Things weren’t futuristic, it looked like our time, maybe even slightly the past. Hence its size it had cafeterias equating grocery stores basicaly, so student doesn’t have to get down and go to the nearest town (it wasnt that far) every time to get something. It also had community halls for dance clubs on the weekends and similar.
