just found this random door in my basement lol ive never seen this before

In my families house we have a closet next to the front door that legitimately no one ever notices unless someone points it out. And having lived in this house for the better part of 24 years I can honestly say that everyone forgets it even exists. My family has owned this house for 28 years. And everytime weve repainted that door has never been painted. Its dark brown against a white wall, there is no reason.
