Also, if you notice, it's only the sexual stuff that they're raising their pitchforks for.

"this person creates/consumes media where there's a minor dating an adult, that means they support it in real life!"

"this person creates/consumes media about yanderes, that means they support SA and abuse in real life!!!"

But they're never that way when it comes to violence. For example, literally every character in Naruto is a child soldier and the villages are basically a military dictatorship. And guess what, that sort of system stays in the end because Naruto, the main character and the good guy, chooses to keep the system alive instead of changing it to give children better lives where they don't have to become killers at a young age.

But you don't see anyone shouting "if you like naruto, that means you support child abuse and dictatorships!" or about the creator supporting that.

A huge majority of shounen mangas/animes have MCs that are underage and fighting for their lives but nobody's screeching about protecting them

Those sort of people are so hypocritical. Their logic is so messed up. Imagine using their logic about violence???

If you enjoy horror movies that means you condone murder. If you enjoy shooter video games that means you support gun violence or are a shooter. If you like or create gory artworks that means you're a psychopath. Etc etc etc.

But noooo, those don't count because it's only the sexual stuff and shipping that matters 🙄 If you're gonna go after "problematic" material, then do it with ALL "problematic" material. you can't pick and choose. I thought you guys were "moral" people?? Ignoring violence doesn't make you "moral".

At this point, I think only the "slice of life" genre is the only thing they would approve of, but I bet you they'd find something "problematic" there too

(also, apparently this falls under the proship and anti debate?? since antis are usually the ones doing this and harrassing/doxxing ppl over it? please learn to differentiate between fantasy and reality. and also not to bully ppl. this is embarrassing because it's really only the americans who keep doing this, i've seen so many posts from people from other countries calling this out and being concerned for us 💀💀 i feel so embarrassed, i swear not all of us are like that)
