Revolutionaries bent on overthrowing the world government are training unsuspecting recruits by friending them on Facebook and filling their stream with propaganda designed to drive the recruit (who doesn't know they've been recruited) insane.
A special government division is been established to find out who the revolutionaries are targeting and befriend them in real-life. Once the agent is the recruit's friend, they get the recruit to take a powerful hallucinogen that counteracts the effect of the propaganda.
