When your hunger can't decide what it wants...you end up with eggdrop ramen topped with real bacon bits. Yummm!!
Just make your eggdrop from scratch. Broth, seasonings, a slurry of cornstarch and cold water, wait till your broth mixture boils, add slurry, wait till it mixes in and looks shiny on the surface, whisk eggs, stir broth, pour eggs in slowly...then turn off heat!
Cook noodles separately, noodles in bowl, eggdrop broth over noodles, and top with real bacon bits...SO GOOD!!!
