I live in a beautiful place with snow at least six months of the year and spring, summer, and autumn are thus very short seasons. This makes growing a vegetable garden somewhat more challenging and I’ve had to think outside the box for the past year while trying to figure out how to best approach vegetable gardening. As my first bell pepper is steadily growing bigger in my living room while the fjord is still frozen solid, I smile. I have so many ideas I want to try and I’m glad that I am no longer limited in my way of thinking.
