Streetart Istanbul – hello kassel – group show – 31-05 - 31.07.2014
On 31.05. the Streetart Istanbul collective payed us a visit in Kassel. Curator and Organisator Pertev Emre Tasaban collected some works from 18 artists from all around the world (Turkey, Greece, Persia, France, USA, Austria) and and brought them to the walls of our beloved Wild Wood. Visitors had the chance to come by and have a chat with the guys behind the first artsy event in the name of Street Culture in Istanbul. Streetart Istanbul and Wild Wood had an exciting artistic exchange overthe last few years. For the second time artists from Wild Wood gallery traveled to Istanbul to participate the Street Art Istanbul Festival and paint huge Murals in the city. During this exhibition, first time turkish Artists traveled to Kassel to show their artwork at Wild Wood and to meet with local artists from Kassel.
