This is the Headspace that Basil created shortly after Mari's death, and fully retreated into after Sunny's death.
Here, Basil's projection of himself, named Bay, wanders his dreamlike, "perfect" world that kept spinning after Sunny and Mari's beautiful music recital.
ABOUT BAY
Bay is a 14-year-old boy, a projection of Basil's self image and desires within his Headspace. Bay is shy, self concious, anxious, and very emotional. He grows flowers and cares deeply for his friends, often being dependent on them. His main goals are to protect his friends, and to preserve the safety and peace of Headspace. If anything gets in the way of his or anyone else's peace, he will vow to get rid of it. He is closest to Sunny, his best friend.
In Headspace, Bay hangs out with and goes on fantastic adventures with his friends, Aubergine, Hero, Kel, Mari, and Sunny. He ventures through various lands, exploring every last corner of Headspace and giving him and his friends something to do.
In White Space, Bay resides alone in a serene, calm whie void to avoid whatever problems may be in his way. He reads books, looks through his photo album, and answers questions from the outside.
