((PART 3)) Being able to be apart of NYC nightlife has been so rewarding with exercising my skills to network and meet people! @dottyspartans was the first person to book me and that opens the doors! This first year I met and worked with so many amazing people like @rubyrubyroo @vanillaheavy @fistyweaner. Some of whom I still have strong connections with like @juliuscaeser. 2014 was definitely about building a foundation for my brand as an artist and as an individual connected. ((PART 2)) I was spending a lot time with my best friend @johnpae going out in Brooklyn. I knew if I started going out with my camera I would be able to apply my artistic sense and editing style to an environment where people were drunk and sweaty and fucked up but still fucking perfect at the same time and bring out that beauty in it all. #WeLiveTheNight #LGBTnightlife
#GayPride month in #NYC has officially started 🙌 I don’t think I can express for you to understand how much I love my #LGBT community 🌈 My main reason for deciding to become a nightlife event photographer back in 2014 was to give back to the community that has shaped and molded me to the PROUD & completely gay man I am today! I had spent years doing studio fashion photography and I needed to give to you the skills I had acquired in a place where my peers sometimes felt sloppy and unattractive while being a drunk sweaty mess 🤩 My top priority has always been to force you in front of my camera so I can capture and expose that beauty within you 🧡 Till this day YOU are the one reason I am still here shooting and perfecting my talents. That smile & Shock on your face when I turn around and show you a photo that we’ve just taken is worth every bit of the bullshit that I hate in this industry.
