If you seriously think Anita Sarkeesian can be stopped from further ruining video games, or even successfully called out on her bullshit at this point, you're sadly wrong. She's on international media now, universally seen as a victim of trolls and the social justice vs gaming conflict she started has gained too much momentum to undo the damage it caused.

Sadly, Anita won, and she'll successfully twist everything in a way that will make her look like the victim, especially to uninformed and uninvolved people. The tides have long turned on us, her crowd now has the media and the public behind them.

It pains me to say this, but gamergate is a lost cause. All we can do at this point is try to save what's left and give our money to those who aren't buying into the "gaming needs to change because I say so"-narrative. If we're lucky, we might be able to at least create a separate market for the gamers not interested in the social justice crap and the Anita-approved games (she isn't going to play).

 They're ruining gaming because they make money off it, by being professional victims, writing fraudulent articles for clickbait-money and by pushing the progressive narrative into anything they perceive as still dominated by men (or any other group they'll be able to antagonize), because men must not have anything for themselves (not only gaming, feminist idiocy pretty much bankrupted the gnome foundation, developer of one of the biggest linux desktop environments, because they were stupid enough to buy into it and devote more money to reaching out to women than developing their product and paying their employees, so not even computer science is safe). And the devs can use it to cover up their shitty business practices (just look at EA, biggest ripoffs in the entire gaming industry, but they're ~lgbt-friendly~ so all is well, right?) Which brings me back to what I said above, that we can at least aim to create a separate market, because the people whining the loudest about diversity and gamers being misogynists often don't even play video games themselves, so if enough people sick of this just stop buying games catering to those groups (the new borderlands would be a good start), we might be able to impact sales enough for them to realize that the loudest people aren't necessarily the biggest target audience, and thus make at least some games again that are the way we know and like them.

Gamergate won't work because nobody wants to listen, and the Anita merely started it, the feminist/sjw crowd has gained too much influence to be stopped by conventional means such as showing people the facts. All we can do is vote with our money, limit the amount of ground we lose. The dam has broken, it's time to build a new one around what isn't flooded yet.
