Ready now: “On Ordeal: Roshaun ke Nelaid”
So here’s the first bit of what will be published in a month and a bit as Interim Errantry 2: On Ordeal. Roshaun’s story is now 45,000 words long -- three times what was originally planned -- and I don’t think anyone’s going to mind. (There was just more story there than I originally thought. Such is life.)
...Let me clear up some procedural business first. I’ve taken down the sales pages at Ebooks Direct for IE2 as a presold / whole triptych volume. Yes, I will be bundling the three works together in a single ebook “volume” (and yeah, as a paperback), but I’m not going to further market them that way until I have the other two works complete and in hand. As detailed here, while I was ill I was still able to get a fair amount of dictation done, and the other two works have both become longer and more complex as a result. I’ll finish them (Mamvish’s section first, then Ronan’s) and release each one as a standalone as they become ready, and finally the three together in the originally intended bundle.
For those of you who purchased the “presupport” version, you don’t need to do anything (except please, again, accept my thanks for presupporting and for your patience. Jeez, I want the month of July back. But whatever...). The system is sending out updates even as we speak, and everybody who presupported should be getting the 45K ebook file with the cover above. As the new sections are finished, they’ll go out to you in the same way. (If you don’t see an update mail with your refreshed download links in the next twelve hours, or you need more downloads made available, please, get in touch with me via the EBD contact page and I’ll get you sorted out.)
Measntime: if you want Roshaun’s story, here it is! And I hope you enjoy it. :)
