Terry Fox is the epitome of this. 👇❤ Terry fox attempted to run across Canada on one leg but the spread of his cancer forced him to stop after traversing 5,373 kilometres over 143 days. He did this all in the name of raising funds for cancer research. He was only 22 when he passed away. He was successful in his quest in that the annual Terry Fox Run, started in 1981, now spans over 60 countries and is now the world's largest one day fundraiser. What he has done is nothing less then spectacular. He began with very little fanfare when he began his run.
