Th13teen is part of the supernatural, involved with spirits and nature so Wendolin likes her since she is also one with nature, spirits and gods.
Wendolin hates Ino because she's a technophobe AND because Ino is annoying.

(To Be Marmalized / To Be Sacraficed) Both have a large, imposing centre structure. (The Marmalizer / Big Bob) Both are opposites. (Technology / Nature).
