not my usual post but... got some bronze wendtii and hornwort for my 20 long recently and my fish have been enjoying them, so i took some cute pics!! ahh i love my fish they are so cute and awesome
(also in case any fish nerds see this-- yes i know their gills are red it's just the lighting, my water parameters are fine!!)
Hey fishblr! So I’m trying to come up with some new design stuff for my 20 gallon tank. I really love the wood and ferns on the left and the wedentii in the middle, but the lava rocks with the tiny bit of moss isn’t doing it for me. Anyone have any suggestions/recommendations/ideas for what I might put in to spice things up a bit? I only have a nerite snail in there (and a baby zebra danio, but he’s going back with the big fish once I clean his mesh breeding holder, shhh), but will probably get a beta at some point in the future. Thanks! :)
Ok, now pictures can be taken of it. Bottom pics are from last night when it was still cloudy from the final plantings. Nerite snails are all upset because I got them in the same package, but today they're eating the heck out of their algae wafer.
The manzanita is drilled onto slate tiles and it's a mineralized soil base with a sand cap.
Here's a plant list of what's here because I need to do that anyway. Hopefully it all does well, though some of it will move to my 30 gallon when I rescape it and the fish in there go into here.
