Spring was in full bloom which also meant allergies were as well. Nibs wanted to hang out with Wendy but going outside was out of the question. As much as he’d love to spend the afternoon at the park with her he was to miserable to do so. His eyes were puffy and he’d already taken as much allergy medicine as he could. So, he invited her over to his place. He had all the windows shut but it was still comfortably cool inside. When she arrived he opened the door with a bright smile. “Hi, Wendy!” He turned his head and sneezed into his shoulder. “It’s just allergies. I promise I’m not sick.” He stepped aside so she could get inside then closed the door. “How have you been?”
