sweater: a favorite comforting thought- We are so cosmically small. If nothing matter to the universe, why not make something matter just to you?

apple cider: a favorite comfort drink (alcoholic or non, either way)- I like a nice hot tea in a proper tea cup and saucer, and I’m pretty much a slut for anything gin and citrusy.

fallen leaves: a scent that triggers a positive memory- The way all theaters smell, the spray of the atlantic ocean.

I’m REALLY not sure about this one tbh. Being a stage manager, it’s hard for me to imagine any show without a set or costumes.

The triangle shirtwaist factory fire is one of the most interesting historical events but idk if it would make a good musical.

I’d LOVE to see a musical following a Native American family’s story from European colonization to present day. If that’s too ambitious, then just a story on the trail of tears would be great too.

9. A straight play that would make a great musical.

A Servant of Two Masters would make HILARIOUS musical. Dancing at Lughnasa would make a tragic, meaningful and tear-jerking musical.

10. The composer(s) you would commission to write a new musical based on your favourite childhood novel.

I would LOVE to see a musical made of Walk Two Moons with music by Jeanine Tesori (because fucking Jeanine Tesori amiright) and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda.

So I'm entirely convinced that every time he passes a second-hand store Clint goes in and buys every purple shirt they have in his size. Because his get destroyed so quickly and he grew up having to buy from those shops. And every once and a while he grabs something Kate might like.

the times when he goes to the stores and they have no purple shirts in size he ends up getting some that are like three sizes too big for him and end up draping halfway down his thighs but he doesn’t care because he is getting desperate but weeks later he wakes up one morning to kate asleep on his couch wearing one of those shirts as a pyjama and he bursts out laughing because it looks like she’s wearing a muumuu or someshit be she just throws a shoe at him and grumbles “fuck off im keeping it” (｡◕‿◕｡)
