Hi, that video you recorded with the rain is beautiful. May I ask what kind of plants those are by the window? They look pretty so I was curious

24:Talk about something someone told you that meant a lot.

It was 2010 and I was working at the Georgia Dome with Levy Restaurants. There were groups of us from across the country, all working to raise money for our Master’s Commissions tuition or something like it

Anyway, over the course of the week, I got told three times that I was beautiful from three different women. It was weird, at first, bc I was only 17 at the time and I was just really messed up with who I was but they just came up to me at different times and were like, ‘Hey so I saw you this morning coming down the stairs and I told my friend I thought you were really gorgeous and she agreed.’ And later on her friend came up to me on her own and told me that story. And then, a few weeks after that this girl came up to me and was like, “I don’t know you but I wanted to tell you you’re really beautiful. But I do look at you and think there’s something holding you back, something blocking your shine, I can see it, like you just wanna burst open with light but there’s something in your way and yet you still glow.” (i was struggling with abuse, a break up, and depression so it was...weird but wonderful to hear that)

but yeah. 5 years later and I still think about it and I still have no idea who they were but their words meant a lot to me.

I'm on ello but I haven't really figured out how to use it yet. Plus like once it's actually up you have to pay and I don't think I want to do that.
