Jonathan Bags Third Naledi Win!
Last April 14, Jonathan received his third Naledi Award for Best Actor in a Musical for CALL ME LEE at the Lyric Theatre in Gold Reef City, Johannesburg. He was previously honored in 2008 and 2012 for his performances in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA respectively. He was also nominated for Best Costume Design.
In an unprecedented move, last night I was honoured for Best as for in a Musical for CALL ME LEE tying with Brendan van Rhyn in THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. Congratulations to that 'Sweet Transvestite'!
