Prompt - can you do an E3 Keaton centric? Maybe Wes has to go out so Drew and Keaton have a little fluff moment?

“Keaton come on, the fans are going to have to wait. It’s pouring down rain outside, they’ll go once they realize we can’t go out,” Wes said trying to reason with his younger brother.
“Wes, they’ve been waiting for hours! I’m just going out to say hello!” Keaton said back walking towards the door.
“Not our fault if you get sick!” Drew called as the youngest boy slammed the door shut.
You see, it has been a nice sunny day until lunch time when deep grey storm clouds covered the sky, which happened to be the time they arrived at the hotel that they would be spending the next day or so at. By the time the first few fans had arrived it had begun pouring down. Thinking the rain would send the fans home, the three boys inside decided just to spend some time on Twitter.
By the time they looked out the window again about an hour later, they could just make out the figures of about two hundred fans below them in the rain. This had sent Keaton into panic, the fans were waiting for them and here they were, sitting about on Twitter in the warm hotel room. What kind of role models did that? However, after trying to persuade Drew and Wes to come down and say hello to the fans failed, Keaton ended up going down himself and instead of saying a quick hello, he ended up greeting most of the fans and having a bit of a chat with them.
So two and a half hours later, Keaton had come back into the room. Clothes soaked, nose running and his body shivering. After a few amused glances from Drew and Wes, Keaton went and had one of the hottest showers he’d ever had.

Another round of coughs racked Keaton’s small body, shaking the whole bed around him as well as knocking off the cool towel on his forehead. Wes quietly opened the door to Keaton’s room and walked over to the bed shaking his head before he helped calm Keaton down by giving him the last of the cough mixture and laid him back down, placing the towel back on his forehead.
“How is he?” Drew asked looking up from his phone when Wes had come back from Keaton’s room. Wes sighed,
“He’s getting worse. And I just used the last of the cough medicine so I’m just going to run down to the pharmacy and pick some up. Will you be alright to look after him for a while?”
“Yeah, yeah. Of course. I’ll see you shortly,” Wes nodded before he grabbed his wallet and the key to the room and left. Drew stood up and slowly made his way to Keaton’s room, making a quick stop to the kitchen to get a glass of water for the youngest.
When Drew’s eyes landed on Keaton, his heart shattered. The boy was tangled up in the sheets, rolling around mumbling and occasionally screaming from the horrible images the fever was casting upon him.
“Keat? Open your eyes buddy. It’s okay,” Drew said wiping the hair that was stuck to Keaton’s forehead with sweat after he had carefully placed the glass of water on the bedside table. The younger boy stopped moving and his frantic eyes flew open and landed on Drew who had now sat next to Keaton on the bed watching his every move.
“Dad?” Keaton rasped his eyes furrowing in confusion. It took a moment for Drew to realize that Keaton was in fact talking to him. “I’m tired,”
“What? Keat, it’s me. Drew,”
“Can we go home yet, Dad… The dog keeps biting me,” Drew’s concern for the boy had sky rocketed as Keaton continued to go on about the dog biting his arm and wanting to go home.
Nothing Drew said or did managed to get the boy to realize he was seeing things, however he did manage to get the boy to drink half of the water that he had brought in earlier. By then, Keaton had resulted in singing nursery rhymes which was somehow sending himself to sleep, but as soon as Drew started singing along, Keaton had passed out.
After slowly standing up and sneaking out of Keaton’s room, Wes had arrived home with the cough medicine and take out for their dinner tonight.
“How’d it go?” was the first thing Wes said when he saw Drew. After a slight hesitation Drew answered.
“He was having some sort of nightmare and I woke him up and got him to drink some water but then he started calling me dad and saying that he wanted to go home because the dog was biting his arm or something. But he started singing nursery rhymes and sung himself to sleep,” Drew had a small smile on his lips when Drew had finished recounting the past half an hour.
“Keaton’s always been one to be delirious when his sick,” Wes chuckled. “But when that happens it doesn’t last too long and he’s generally always feeling better after it,”
And true to Wes’s word, when Keaton woke up a few hours later his delusional state had lifted. Although he was still quite weak on his feet and his fever was still making him tired, he managed to join the two older boys at the table for the Chinese takeout Wes had bought earlier. And everything was okay.
