my mom and i are starting a thing where you send a post card to your senator and the write your agenda whether that be, the pipeline, lgbt+ rights, the wall, planned parenthood, etc. You also gotta write that A) your going to vote in 2018 and B) #WeTheChange (a combo of we the people and be the change you want to see)

I don't understand people who have some ongoing grudge against Drew for asking for money. 

I swear people think he is drowning in money because of his time with E3, which I can promise you for damn sure is NOT the case. It’s not like he is lying about where the money is going.  Every time people have asked he has said It was for equipment, recording songs, making an EP and just being able to live his life because this is his JOB. He has also said when he starts touring and bringing in enough money he wants to support people are out there trying to make a change in the world.

If you can’t afford to pay I totally get it, life is not cheap, but if you are refusing to pay out of stubbornness, come on people enough is enough already, he doesn’t deserve that shit. He is trying to make a living as an independent artist instead of working for a record label that will try to milk people for every penny they have while keeping a majority of it for themselves. His music is is exactly how he said it was going to be and he is trying to release it in a way that is all about the fans and the message instead of it being all about how much the artist can bring in for money hungry assholes that aren’t even doing the work. What more do you guys want from him?  Think about that the next time you choose not to support him out of pure stubbornness but are more than willing to listen to his music for free.

I completely understand missing Drew in the band because he was a major part of everything they have done, but keep in mind that all the things people want him back or miss him for are big reasons why he left. He didn't want to keep being the song writer for the band, the guy with the rapping parts, or the back-up singer.  Whether people like to hear it or not, the truth is Drew was basically stuck in the shadow of his bestfriend which is never a good way to live, especially if the path you are going down with them is not the path you know you want to be on.

I Don't know about you guys, but if I am going to put my heart and soul into the music I write and produce I want people to respect me for that and acknowledge how hard I worked, not say "Sorry but it's not the same without your bestfriend doing the main parts and his little brother's killer backup vocals."  You might as well say "Screw you Drew, all you're good at is writing songs for other people." Cause it's the same thing with less sugar coating to cover up the rudeness.
