Srsly What’s the one thing that cuts through the noise? *observations on unity and coercion in political discourse* a person cannot decide w

1. Don't like to be told what to think;

2. Don't like deceptive practices in transactions;

3. Don't like being manipulated;

4. Don't like being dismissed;

5. Don't want to be discounted.

6. Do respect others;

7. Do listen to opinions different from your own;

8. Do consider the consequences on the larger whole not just your microexistence;

9. Do require integrity, accountability and fairness in your dealings;

10. Do form our own opinions based on the free flow of ideas, information and participation *all of which guide society to greater heights not sink us into our lowest standard*.

Sure *the math may add up* (for you or me, but not everyone will unanimously agree) but will your candidate be able to *convince* the powers that be once he *or she* is in the position to implement the strategic policies put forth by the former-candidate-in-chief.

1. How will they adapt to *get things done* to make you vote for them again?

2. Will *getting things done* be a priority for them or will political expedience and the seductive power of the office be at the root of their motivation?

3. Will they be pragmatic or dogmatic? No one likes being lectured to, on this all those over 12 agree;

4. Will they compromise or be compromised?

5. Is integrity flexible as a matter of convenience or are moral principles the unflinching foundation upon which all actions are built?

6. Are there diverse belief systems that can coexist to create sustainable social structures or is there only a constant struggle for the hegemony of *correct* ideas?

7. Does everyone have to be the same to succeed?

8. Is someone who listens to your concerns only to spin them back into political rhetoric more or less effective than someone who acts decively/reacts unapologetically as the catalyst for some/any kind of change?

9. Are those willing to roll up their sleeves and actually do the work invisible?

10. What's the one thing that cuts through the noise?
