Whatso Funny about this? - OK, I realize this joke is three months late, but it's still kind of funny. This sign was posted, most likely, by a passionate gardener, who waited all winter long for spring to come because that's when her/his plants start to come out of the ground. One of the reasons it rains so much in the spring in countries with a temperate climate is because that's the growing season and plants require lost of water to grow. But sometimes they require extra water, especially if you grown them on purpose. Gardeners use hoses and sprinklers to water or wet their plants. But if we drop the L from the word "plants", we get "pants" and if you wet your pants that means you're so excited that you couldn't stop the urine from coming out. That's the pun and THAT's whatso funny!
