It was a strained sing song voice. Emilio & Cleo both knew about Mona & Figaro’s little flings they once had before they got with the ones they wanted to be with. They couldn’t keep it secret, no matter how much they had wanted to, they couldn’t keep a secret that big ; it would have only blown up in their faces.

Emma was pulled over at a gas station trying to fix her car. She was both too stubborn and untrusting of others to ask for help, let alone accept it. It wasn’t just her she had to worry about though---she had to protect her son who was sitting in his carseat.

You would think a guy staring at her would make her uncomfortable and feel unsafe, but Emma wasn’t your typical damsel in distress ; The blonde was street smart and knew how to hold her own if she needed to, after all, she had been on her own most of her life.
Could be the blonde hair and the light eyes, but she didn’t know that, didn’t know his past, didn’t know anything about this man ; all she knew was after Neal abandoned her, she had to keep herself GUARDED.

The hair on Emma’s skin prickled, she could only handle so much touch, and it had to be from very certain people. Cleo was not one of those people.
