Biologically yes. Perhaps the way I worded it came out wrong. She is in fact their biological mother. But the entity of a parent - the part that John lacked and Bobby had - is the part I’m talking about. I’ve seen abusive/neglectful parents in real life and in my opinion, they do not deserve the title of parent. I’m not saying that Mary is abusive by bringing this example. It’s simply an example. I’m all for criticism, and your interpretation. But what I said is simply my own.
