Invited // PHO BO COMBO: rice noodle soup with bean sprouts, lemon wedge, rare beef rump, slow cook beef brisket & beef balls, aud12 from the recently re-opened (Feb18) What The Pho (used to be on Aberdeen Street from 2009-2011), Northbridge. They are now on Washing Lane which is a quaint alleyway with several new Asian restaurants - a few stores away from Presotea William/Newcastle Street. Describing the location more so in this particular post as a few of our group got lost trying to find the restaurant. Menu and interiors on @perthfoodmenu Pho is always my go-to-order at any Vietnamese restaurant. Love the soft, thin noodles used here that is as good as Pho Huynh Girrawheen’s - the broth is not bad too but not as good as Girrawheen’s. Generous serve of beef for the price, considering its Northbridge location and compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the same area.
