well, it's actually just bad translation! bakugou doesn't express worry over uraraka there. he's more pissed off over thinking deku gave her some shitty idea which gave him a hard time.
that’s still expressing worry?
like, “How dare you put this dangerous idea in her head just to fuck with me”
Bakugou very clearly respects her by the end of their match (he calls her by her name just before she collapses, and he only calls two other people by their names), and the idea that Izuku might’ve given her this idea that DID cause her so much harm, just to fuck with him, pisses him off
because he DID enjoy fighting her, he saw what she could do, she nearly took him out, and then when he wanted to fight her more, she collapsed.
he was excited to see what else she could do, but now he can’t because that plan of hers took so much out of her, and now he’s angry at Izuku for putting a bad plan in her head, and for keeping him from a good fight with someone he respects, and for the fact that the plan made her collapse
i mean, it’s not directly saying that he cares, but i do believe that that’s the underlying meaning here, especially when later on he tells Kaminari that, “[There's] nothing frail about her.” (official translation) which he says after finding out it was all Uraraka’s plan
he’s a very round-about kind of guy, he would never outright admit to saying he cares until the emotions finally boiled over and exploded out of him
