Wheatfields Saratoga’s Chef Jonas Wu-Norman along with Corporate Executive Chef Michael Kiernan have created a menu exclusively for the beer dinner infusing Brown’s Brewing Company’s handcrafted beers into their culinary creations while paring the menu items with the specific brews.
