I've seen Vic's creepy behavior up close because he came to a small con in my hometown several times. I can confirm that he DOES give cheek/forehead kisses to his underage female fans. The problem is that they aren't like little pecks, but gross sloppy kisses. He kissed an ex friend of mine on the forehead (without her consent) and she was disgusted by it and said it was really wet and gross. I also saw him plant a really gross, wet, kiss on the cheek of a toddler later that day. (1/2)
I can't say whether or not he's a pedo or whatever, but his behavior around his underage female fans is extremely questionable. This is just my experience though, so make of it what you will (2/2)
I’m not someone who is a fan of wet kisses so I can understand the feeling. Some people just have gross wet kisses.
Yeah, you could say that it is questionable, although, it’s probably gunna take more a gross wet forehead or cheek kisses before people fire him for sexual harassment or assault. every so often these accusations pop up and it’s typically the same cycle of “he’s given forehead/cheek kisses to underage fans and it feels gross” before everything dies out again.
