even after dedicating my basement solely to aging wine WITH the double cask mod, it still has a backlog of 100+ bottles, so. maybe, maybe the move is getting the brewery mod or one of that person's buildings that supports casks (forgetting all of them, they all look Really pretty though) and moving aaaaaall of the wine to that, and dedicating the basement to cheese instead, and getting Just Twelve More Cows
